Syed Khalid, MBA, is a Senior Manager in Strategic Portfolio Management with a focus on enhancing the end-to-end customer experience. They co-founded and served as Managing Partner at INESCe Environmental Consulting from 2008 to 2021 and held various managerial roles at Scotiabank, including Branch Manager and Senior Manager in Continuous Optimization and CX Engineering. Syed earned an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University in 2019 and is currently pursuing an HBA in Economics at the University of Toronto.
