Lucy Lu, MI is a Senior Manager of Enterprise Information Management at Scotiabank, where they focus on implementing transformation programs, strategy, and governance to ensure legal and regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Previously, Lucy served as Team Lead for Records and Information Management at the Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario, developing strategies and frameworks for information management and leading significant data migration projects. Lucy holds an Honours BA with Distinctions and a Master's degree in Information, both from the University of Toronto.
