Julie Tait is the Sr. Director of the Global Design System at Manulife, where they manage and evolve the organization’s design framework. Prior to this, Julie held various design roles, including positions at Scotiabank, where they led the Canvas Design System, and at Powered by Search, where they focused on user experience strategy. Julie's experience in the creative industry also includes owning One Twin Design and teaching art as a Children's Art Instructor. They hold a degree in Storytelling for Impact from IDEO and have served as a professor in User Experience Design at Humber College.
