Azadeh Houshmand, MBA, is an accomplished Experience Design Strategy Leader with a background in psychology and visual arts. They currently serve as the Director of Client Experience Design Strategy and Insights at Scotiabank and as a Sessional Lecturer in Global Practicum: Design Innovation at the Rotman School of Management. With experience spanning multiple industries, Azadeh has successfully guided organizations in transformation journeys that fuse insights, human behavior, and strategic business decisions. They have previously held roles at RBC, Vuka Innovation Inc., and the Firefly Foundation, among others. Azadeh earned their MBA from the Rotman School of Management, specializing in Design Thinking and Innovation, and holds a B.A. Honors in Psychology and Fine Arts/Visual Arts from York University.
