Bernadette (Bernie) Goulding is an experienced professional with a diverse background in health, safety, and community engagement. Currently serving on the Pacific Advisory Committee for the Pacific Women’s Indigenous Network and as a Director at Diversity Network Australia, Goulding has held significant roles in various organizations, including Manager of People Strategic Projects and Risks at Scope (Aust) and Chair of the NDS OHS Advisory Group. With a history of leadership in health, safety, and wellbeing at CUB Ltd, Goulding has also consulted for the Fiji Red Cross Society. Educational qualifications include certifications in Community Organization, Humanitarian Leadership, and Health and Safety, as well as a Registered General Nursing Certificate. Goulding's commitment to community health is further emphasized through volunteer work and leadership within Fiji's Lifesaving Society.
