Chloe Czaplewski, MNM, has extensive experience in nonprofit development, most recently serving as the Senior Manager of Institutional Giving at the Science Museum of Minnesota since January 2025. Prior to that, Chloe was the Director of Development at Common Hope, where leadership encompassed a 12-member team. From April 2020 to December 2023, Chloe held the position of Donor Engagement Manager (Major Gifts) at the Pinky Swear Foundation, creating a major donor program and managing a portfolio that secured significant financial contributions. Earlier roles include Senior Development Associate at Playworks Minnesota, where fundraising strategies were executed for large events, and AmeriCorps Member, which focused on delivering social-emotional skills to underprivileged students. Chloe earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and a Master of Nonprofit Management from Hamline University.
