Peter Scholl is the Owner and President of Scholl Construction Company, Inc. and Maintenance Matters, LLC, where they oversee construction and maintenance projects for both commercial and residential properties. With extensive experience in constructing new homes and businesses, as well as managing significant remodels, Peter has built a reputation for quality service throughout Northern Illinois. They previously served as Project Manager for PulteGroup and Burnside Construction Company, honing their skills in multi-family and single-family home construction. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on entrepreneurship from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
