Eric Kallus is a seasoned customer success leader with significant expertise in EdTech. Currently serving as the Acting Director of Customer Success at Scholastic, Kallus leads the company's first dedicated Customer Success Team and has shaped the customer journey from onboarding to product renewal. Previously, they held key roles at Frog Street and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where they built and managed high-performing teams while significantly enhancing customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Kallus’s career began as an instructor at Productivity Point International, followed by various technical and consulting positions that laid the foundation for their extensive experience in customer success and technical support. They are pursuing further education in Educational Administration at Texas State University.
