Nil Palau Bertran is a Cloud Security Engineer at Schneider Electric and co-founder of MedPeek, a MedTech startup focused on democratizing access to minimally invasive surgery. They previously served as an undergraduate researcher at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, where they developed a custom dataset creation pipeline and a pose estimation system for robot collaboration. With experience as a software engineer and project management assistant at the University of Mannheim, Nil has contributed to digitalizing projects and creating relational databases. They are currently pursuing a Master of Science in Autonomous Systems at the Technical University of Denmark.
