Kaustubh Sonawane is currently an Engineering Team Lead in Mechanical at Schneider Electric, where they lead remote engineering teams focused on collaboration and project execution. They previously served as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where they designed engineered-to-order low voltage switchboards and collaborated with electrical engineers. Kaustubh gained initial experience as an intern at Garrett - Advancing Motion and has held various leadership roles in engineering organizations during their education at the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering.
