Jim Korczak is currently a Project Development Engineering Manager at Schneider Electric, supporting the growth of the Microgrid line of business across the United States and its territories. They have been with Schneider Electric since 2018, initially contributing to control and automation solutions in business development before joining the Microgrid Competency Center. Prior to their role at Schneider Electric, Jim was the Engineer and Founder of Summit Professional Resources, LLC from 1999 to 2012. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
