Carolina Latorre has over 15 years of experience in business development, beginning their career at Schneider Electric in product marketing. They worked in various roles across Europe and South America, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Currently, as the Customer Experience and Sustainability Director for the Iberian Cluster at Schneider Electric, Carolina leads efforts to enhance customer-centric strategies. They also serve as a module professor in Innovation at AULA MAGNA Business School, continuing to foster a passion for sustainability and equality in the STEM field.
