Alisha McGuffey is currently a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer at Schneider Electric, bringing extensive experience in quality systems and engineering. They previously served as a Quality System Manager at Eaton and as a Supplier Quality Development Engineer at Kasai North America, where they received the 2019 CEO Award for Quality Excellence. Alisha began their career as a Distribution Technician at Baptist Healthcare System and progressed through various engineering roles, including Project Engineer at Nifco America Corp. Alisha holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville, where they also earned a Bachelor of Engineering.
