Therese Berglund is a seasoned professional in user experience and research, currently serving as Lead UX Researcher and Research Operations at Schibsted since May 2021. Prior to this role, Therese held positions within Schibsted Media Group as Head of UX Research and User Researcher from August 2018 to May 2021. A background in UX design is established through experiences at Winston as UX Designer and UX Lead from January 2010 to August 2018, and at Heimore Group AB as UX Designer from January 2009 to January 2010. Earlier roles include Production Manager and UX Designer at Creuna from January 2007 to December 2008, and Usability Specialist at Stadsledningskontoret Stockholms stad from January 2005 to January 2007. Therese holds a Master’s degree in Cognitive Science from Linköping University, completed in 2004, and has additional educational experience from Universidad Nebrija in 2000.
