Thea Gurholt is an accomplished HR professional with a wealth of experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as HR-leder for Aftenposten at Schibsted since October 2021, Thea has previously held significant positions including HR Business Partner and Interim Country HR Director at Ramboll, and Senior HR Advisor at Bravida Norge AS. Early career experiences include HR assistant roles at InFiber AS and Lindex, as well as a position as a Pension administrator at Adecco Norge. Thea holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School and a BSc with honours in Human Resource Management from Kingston University.
