Wendy Zhao Hiltner serves as the Vice President of Network Operations and Provider Relations at SCAN since July 2021, focusing on provider relations, network administration, compliance, credentialing, and process improvements. Previous roles at SCAN included building the Provider Relations function and overseeing market development and performance in expansion states. Prior to SCAN, Wendy was VP of Strategy and Client Relations at AdhereTech, where a team was created to manage client relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and pharmacies. Additional experiences include positions at Capsule, Clinton Health Access Initiative, and Citi, where expertise in healthcare, corporate development, and strategic initiatives was developed. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Operations from The Wharton School.
