Marcela Stepankova is the Head of Finance SSC, processes & systems at Scan Global Logistics, where they drive the implementation of global standard processes and finance applications. With over 20 years of transformation experience in Global Business Services (GBS), Marcela has managed large international teams and led complex finance transformation programs across various sectors. Their prior roles include leadership positions at KPMG, EY, and Accenture, where they focused on finance strategy, operating models, and process optimization. Marcela holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Vysoká škola ekonomická v Praze and is a member of the ACCA.
