Russ Erdman is a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Operations with extensive experience in healthcare systems, operations, and vendor management. Erdman held roles as Sr. Director and Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at PE GI Solutions from 2021 to 2023 and previously served as Director of Standards and Central Operations at Trinity Health from 2014 to 2020. During their tenure at Trinity Health, Erdman oversaw the governance of system standards and vendor management, achieving over $750 million in annual patient and insurance collections. Erdman also held various leadership roles at Catholic Health East, implementing revenue cycle standards and managing vendor partnerships. Erdman is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Temple University.
