Mindy Rocha is an experienced senior HR leader currently serving at SCA Health since September 2025. Prior to this role, Mindy held the position of Vice President, People & Culture at Equality Health from May 2023 to September 2025. From 2010 until February 2023, Mindy spent over a decade at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, where various roles included Senior Director of Organization Development, Senior Director of HR Business Partners and Enterprise Employee Relations, Director of HR Business Partner, and Talent Advisor. Earlier in her career, Mindy worked as a Senior Executive Recruiter at Express Employment International and as a Recruiting Manager for Accounting and Finance at AMBRION from 2006 to 2008. Mindy Rocha earned a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of North Dakota.
