Maxim Chernyaev is a Russian and Eurasian patent attorney, currently serving as the Chief Legal Counsel at Sberbank. They graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation with an engineer's degree in information systems and technology and later earned a master's degree in law from the International Institute of Economics and Law. With experience in the intellectual property sphere since 2009, Maxim began their career as a state patent examiner and has held various prominent roles, including Head of IT Division at the Intellectual Property Center "Skolkovo."
