Allisa Henley is currently a Master Distiller at Sazerac Company, having recently joined in 2023. Previously, Allisa worked as a Blender and Distiller at Popcorn Sutton Distilling LLC in 2016 and served as a Distiller at George Dickel Distillery under Diageo from 2004 to 2014, where they also held the position of Visitor Experience Manager and Brand Ambassador. Allisa holds an MBA in Business/Marketing from Lipscomb University and a BBA in Marketing from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
