Mike Larson, Ed.S., currently serves as a Curriculum Specialist at Savvas Learning Company since July 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure as Administrative Dean at Schools of Eastern Carver County from June 2014 to July 2023 and as a Classroom Teacher Member for the Minnesota Board of Teaching from 2011 to June 2014. Mike's teaching background spans various roles at Farmington Area Public Schools (ISD 192) from August 2000 to June 2014, including positions as a Math Interventionist, and teacher for multiple grade levels. Additional experience includes work as a Sales Associate at Gap Inc. and teaching 1st grade for ISD 196. Education credentials consist of an Educational Leadership and Administration Specialist degree from the University of St. Thomas, a Master of Education in Teaching and Learning from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Concordia College.
