Muhammet Sami Ulukavak possesses extensive experience in defense and cybersecurity, currently serving as the Head of the EW and Radar Department at the SSB - Savunma Sanayii Başkanlığı since October 2008. Throughout a distinguished career, Muhammet has occupied various leadership roles, including Head of the Cyber Security & Information Systems Department and Program Manager for Protection and Security Projects. In addition to contributions at SSB, Muhammet served as a Board Member at TÜYAR Mikroelektronik and YİTAL Mikroelektronik and was the Chairman of the Executive Board at Türkiye Siber Güvenlik Kümelenmesi. Academically, Muhammet holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University, a Master of Science in Science and Technology Policy Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi.
