Jake Hunnikin is a Senior Facilities Manager at Savills, where they previously held the roles of Facilities Manager and Associate - Senior Facilities Manager. They have extensive experience in facilities management, having worked at CBRE as a Building Services Engineer and as a Post Completion Manager at Maris Interiors LLP. Prior to their current position, they served as an Assistant Project Manager at Trinity Construction, specializing in fit out and refurbishment projects. Jake began their career as an Assistant Engineer at Hunnikin Security Installations. They are currently continuing their education at St Martins.
