Richard Paul is the Head of Professional Services & Consultancy for Savills Middle East and serves as a director and board member for the company. They are an MRICS qualified surveyor with extensive experience in valuation and advisory work across the Middle East and the UK. Previously, Richard held the position of Head of UAE Residential Valuation at Cluttons LLP and worked as a senior surveyor within residential development valuations. Richard earned a BSc in Geography from the University of the West of England and an MSc in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University.
