Mathad Alajmi is the Chief Legal, Risk Officer, and General Counsel at stc, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, Mathad served as Vice President and General Counsel of Legal Affairs at stc from 2019 to 2022, and held various roles at SABIC from 2013 to 2017, including General Manager & Chief Counsel. Mathad also worked as an external consultant for King & Spalding and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer between 2013 and 2015. Mathad obtained a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University in 2016, a Master of Laws from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2004, and a Bachelor's degree from King Saud University in 2001.
