Ali Alhazzani is the Corporate Governance GM at stc, bringing over a decade of experience in corporate governance and organizational development. In this role, they lead the establishment of governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, focusing on innovation and alignment with company values. Ali previously served as the Organization Development Director at stc, where they oversaw major restructuring projects and developed workforce strategies. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Industrial Systems Engineering from King Fahd University and completed a Development Program for Organizational Leadership at the University of Michigan.
