Gale Adcock is a seasoned healthcare professional and politician with extensive experience in both the private and public sectors. Currently serving as Chief Health Officer at SAS since 1991, Gale Adcock oversees the fiscal, operational, and policy aspects of onsite primary care services for employees and their families. Since January 2015, Gale Adcock has represented NC House District 41, advocating for the citizens of Cary, Apex, and Morrisville. Prior to this role, Gale Adcock served on the Cary Town Council from 2007 to 2014, including a tenure as Mayor Pro-Tem from 2011 to 2014. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Carolina University, and a nursing diploma from Virginia Baptist Hospital School of Nursing.
