Jef Moors is currently the Global Service Team Lead for Windows Platforms at Sappi, where they manage the Windows and storage/backup infrastructure across Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America since 2020. Previously, Jef held various roles at Sappi, including infrastructure engineer and Windows infrastructure manager, where they focused on incident, change, and problem management. They began their career as a programmer at Immo Jongen and later worked as a system engineer for MVS at KNP Services. Jef holds two bachelor's degrees in programming languages and system analysis from Hogeschool PXL and Provinciale Hogeschool Limburg.
