Silvia Ivanova is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in system administration and operations coordination. Silvia's career includes roles at MAX Ltd. as a Core System Administrator, NOC Engineer, and Help Desk Agent from May 2015 to February 2017. Silvia then joined BULPROS, where from May 2019 to April 2021, responsibilities included serving as L1 & DB Ops Coordinator and L1 & DB Operator for an SAP project.
