Sehida Frawley is the Chief Business and Delivery Officer for Customer Services and Delivery in the Asia Pacific and Japan at SAP. Previously, they held various leadership roles at SAP, including Head of Digital Business Services for Australia and Services Director for Federal Government and Defence. With over 14 years of experience in SAP, Sehida has also worked at PLAUT IT Australia, where they served as National Services Delivery Manager and ACT Delivery Manager, overseeing successful project delivery across Australia. Sehida has a Bachelor of Commerce from James Cook University and is a Certified Practicing Accountant.
