Rob Geddes is the Head of Customer Engagement Success for Cloud Success Services at SAP, responsible for the success of strategic customers and overseeing a team focused on delivering exceptional value. Previously, Rob held several leadership roles, including at Microsoft, where they led a team of over 200 consultants, and Infor, where they managed a $10 million revenue business unit. Rob began their career at Lawson Software as a Senior Development Manager and has extensive experience in digital transformation and customer success across various industries. Rob studied at the University of Abertay Dundee from 1987 to 1989.
