Mario Eduardo Romero Jaymes is currently the Head of Intelligent Observability Engineering, bringing extensive experience in IT and engineering. They previously served as a Senior IT Technology Consultant at SAP, where they supported various systems and developed automation tools. Mario has a background in network administration, security management, and application support, having worked with organizations such as Estratel, Axtel, and Neoris. They hold a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Universidad Regiomontana and a Bachelor's in Computer Systems Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de La Paz, along with an Associate's degree in Project Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Passionate about technology and education, Mario actively promotes knowledge sharing through teaching.
