Katie Atkinson specializes in human-centered design for teams, products, and services, with a focus on innovating in the children's social care sector. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Product Manager, Head of Service Design, and Digital Services Lead at Action for Children, where they developed key online resources and services for parents and young people. Prior to that, Katie held various roles, including Project Manager at Tangent Snowball and Head of Web Product at Goodprint UK Ltd, where they contributed to significant project outcomes and business strategy initiatives. Currently, Katie is the Head of Product Management and Design for SAP Learning Systems and continues to leverage their expertise in user research and innovation. Katie holds a BA in Communications and New Media from the University of Leeds and a BSc with a focus on programming and database design from the Open University.
