Jim Gray is the VP and Head of Global Legal Operations at SAP, bringing over twenty-two years of operations, product management, and entrepreneurial experience to the role. They have demonstrated expertise in developing efficient operating models and implementing automated solutions to enhance workforce productivity. Jim’s notable accomplishments include leading successful cost reduction strategies and overseeing the development of innovative legal technology applications. Prior to their time at SAP, they raised $1.2 million to launch a cloud-based technology startup and held various positions, including Senior Product Manager and Senior Consultant. Jim holds an MBA from Dalhousie University and continues to pursue further education at The University of British Columbia.
