Jarod Schrock is currently the Chief of Staff for Product Management at SAP Ariba Procurement, managing the global operations and metrics team for Electronic Supplier Enablement. With a background in materials engineering, they began their career at Bayer Corporation before progressing through various roles at ARIBA and SAP. Jarod successfully grew teams and managed projects, significantly increasing efficiency and capacity in multiple positions. They earned a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and are fluent in German.
