Gary Schaaf is a Vice President of Supply Chain Management GTM and Business Operations, recognized as a customer success leader with a wealth of experience across four global markets: North America, Latin America, APJ, and Greater China. Gary developed and led high-performing customer success organizations, fostering relationships that drive impactful business results. Prior to their current role, Gary held various positions at SAP, including Director of NA Customer Success & Renewals and Head of Operations for APJ and Greater China. Gary's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming.
