Chantal Stephan, MBA, MSc, is a Senior Solution Advisor at SAP, where they focus on customer success management since 2023. Previously, they served as a Product Owner for various SAP Cloud for Energy and Utilities services and worked as a User Experience Design Specialist. Chantal began their career as a Physics Teacher at Kab Elias Public High School and later managed office operations at Kismet. They earned their degrees from HEC Montréal between 2010 and 2013.
