Alexandra Roza is a seasoned Cloud and Customer Success Leader currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Business Suite Customer Success Management at SAP. With extensive global experience, they have previously held leadership roles at Tableau Software, Workday, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Deloitte Consulting, focusing on customer success, strategy, and organizational transformation across multiple regions. Alexandra is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, serving as a founding member of the Conference Board’s Asia Council for Gender Equity. They are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Simon Fraser University and a Master’s degree from McGill University.
