Andreia Cardoso Santos is an experienced professional in analytics and artificial intelligence, currently serving as the Head of People Analytics at Santander Portugal since 2025. Previously, Andreia held various roles at LTPlabs, including Manager and Senior Consultant, where they focused on advanced analytics and business performance improvements. Andreia also worked as a Consultant at Deloitte Consultores, S.A., specializing in strategy and operations within the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. They completed a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and further pursued studies in Corporate Management at Poznan University of Technology. Additionally, Andreia participated in an Executive Program in Effective Leadership at Nova School of Business and Economics in 2019.
