Pilar Zatarain de Valle is the Chief Audit Executive at Santander Consumer Finance, a position they have held since 2024. Previously, they served as the Director of Internal Audit at Santander España from 2016 to 2023 and held the role of Deputy General Director of Internal Audit at Banco Santander from 1997 to 2016. Pilar started their career as a Central Balance Analyst at Banco de España and later worked as an Audit Manager at PwC between 1986 and 1991. They earned a degree in Economics and Business from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, completing their studies in 1986.
