Lola Solana is currently the Head of European Small Caps Equity Funds and serves as President of the Instituto Español de Analistas Financieros. Since 2017, Lola has been a docente in Small Caps analysis at IEB and has also taught Asset Management and Performance Attribution at the Escuela de Finanzas since 2009. With a diverse background, they held positions in asset management, including Institutional Sales Manager at Barclays and Spanish Funds Portfolio Manager at Santander Patrimonios S.A. Additionally, Lola authored the novel "La Cruz de Madera" between 2018 and 2019 and served on the board of the Instituto Español de Analistas from 2018 to 2022. They completed their education at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, IE, and the University of California, Berkeley.
