Su Narayanan is a seasoned professional in process improvement, innovation, and effectiveness, currently engaged in advanced studies at Université de Technologie de Compiègne and pursuing a post-doctoral fellowship in biochemistry at the University of Cambridge. They have held significant leadership roles at Sanofi, including Head of North America R&D and Management Offices for the Age-related Disorders Therapeutic Strategy Unit from 2009 to 2014, and previously led project management and strategic planning for the oncology and respiratory portfolios from 2005 to 2009. Narayanan’s earlier experience includes key positions at Aventis Pharmaceutical, where they served as Senior Project Manager and Head of US Project, Portfolio and Productivity Management.
