Sachin Kumar, PMP® CRP®, is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, organization transformation, and strategy execution. They have managed complex M&A transactions, overseeing over 60,000 employees and executing numerous integrations and divestitures across North America. Sachin has held senior leadership roles at Conduent, Okta, and Cognizant, focusing on people practices and strategic implementation. Currently, they serve as the Mergers and Acquisitions Lead for People and Culture at Sanofi and pursue an MBA in Global Marketing Strategy and International Business at Cardiff University. They also hold a degree in Industrial & Production Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
