Rolf Douwenga is currently the VP, Head of Strategy, Product & Portfolio Management, Specialty Care Manufacturing & Supply at Sanofi, where they oversee strategic initiatives in manufacturing and supply. Previously, they held various leadership roles at DSM, including VP of Global Research and Development and VP BioSolutions, where they were responsible for innovative manufacturing technologies and microbial custom manufacturing. Douwenga earned a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Technology from Delft University of Technology, completing their degree in 1986.
