Renaud Pingault is currently the Directeur d'Exploitation at Sanofi, overseeing the world headquarters site with 900 employees. They have held various leadership positions at Sanofi Pasteur MSD from 2006 to 2010, including Directeur des Réseaux de Vente and Directeur Immobilier, where they developed strategies for European real estate and security policies. Prior to this, Renaud gained extensive experience in administration and management at companies such as Merck Serono and Lipha Santé.
