Olivier Lefaivre is the Global Head of Digital Operations at Sanofi, where they lead cross-functional strategic initiatives to accelerate the company’s digital transformation. Prior to this role, they served in various leadership positions at AXA, including Cloud O365 Global Program Director and Vice-President of Procurement, overseeing significant IT and procurement strategies. With experience at Alcatel-Lucent in multiple directorial roles, Olivier managed substantial budgets and teams while developing software solutions and procurement strategies across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. They also contributed to the successful organization of the 1998 Football World Cup as IT Deputy Director for the French committee. Olivier holds an education from ESSEC Business School.
