Julia Shklovskaya is a Community Outreach & Engagement Manager focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical trials at Sanofi. They previously held the position of Manager, Patient Engagement and Partnerships in Oncology Global Medical Affairs at Bayer, where they amplified the voices of cancer patients and caregivers in the drug development process. With experience in overseeing health disparity research programs and leading national cancer prevention initiatives, Julia has a strong background in communication, collaboration, and project management. They have also contributed to educational strategies in the pharmaceutical industry, with published works in peer-reviewed journals. Julia holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy & Administration from Northwestern University and is currently studying Biology at Lake Forest College.
