Guy Dedroog is the Head of Compensation and Benefits for Northern Europe at Sanofi, where they define Total Rewards strategy and promote company policies across various regions. Previously, they held significant roles including Director of Total Rewards at Johnson & Johnson and Director of Compensation and Benefits at Janssen Pharmaceutica, where they provided strategic consultation and support for multiple international client groups. Guy began their career as a Human Resources Advisor at DuPont, progressing to Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Supervisor. They hold a Master's degree in Business Law from the University of Antwerp and a Master's degree in Pension Law from the University of Leuven.
