Claudia Romay is currently the Global Head of People & Culture Communications at Sanofi, a role they have held since 2025. They have over 15 years of experience in corporate and internal communications, previously serving as Director of Communications and Employee Engagement at L'Oréal from 2022 to 2025. Prior to that, Claudia held various positions at The HEINEKEN Company, including Internal Communications Manager for HEINEKEN Mexico and Global Internal Communications Manager. Claudia's early career includes work as an Internal Communication Advisor at CEMEX. In addition to their extensive professional background, Claudia is pursuing multiple degrees, including Crisis Management & Social Media Communications at Lynn University and an MBA from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
